Mexican Rice

There are so many variations out there for mexican rice. The couple that I tried wanting to post, were not wonderful, but this one had 31 5-star ratings, so that must mean something. :)

July:
* Put together your first aid kits.
* Get each backpack a flashlight.

* Gather your 2 week supply of water per person.
* Put $10 - $15 per paycheck in small bills aside for your 72 hour kit
