Such a great recipe from Sister Gibson's home, and the best part is it's gluten-free!
1 can black beans
3 eggs
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. instant coffee (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth (except the chocolate chips), then pour in a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 - 40 minutes. Absolutely delish!
