Southwestern Egg Rolls

Another family favorite! I usually triple or quadruple the recipe and freeze the extras to have on hand for yummy lunches and unexpected dinner needs.

* Put together your first aid kits.
* Get each backpack a flashlight.

* 25 lbs. of oatmeal per person
* Gather your 2 week supply of water per person.
* Put $10 - $15 per paycheck in small bills aside for your 72 hour kit
